Refund policy

All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake made on our behalf. For all exchange requests please contact our customer service email at miaaestheticshair@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item and proof of purchase will also be required. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping fees for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we have received your item, we will notify you via email. We will also send an email once your new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
