Shipping policy

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. All products posted are currently PRE-ORDERS ONLY, meaning that your item will be shipped to you once we have received it from our supplier. Pre-order processing time is 12-14 business days. Shipping takes an additional 2-3 days. Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email that you provided. If you choose to pick up your order, you will receive an email once it has arrived and is ready for pick up.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Mia Aesthetics Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for your order once it has been shipped.

Mia Aesthetics Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for any lost items. If your package was marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact UPS/USPS to file a claim. 

Mia Aesthetics Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to us, you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
